Student Employee
Purdue ME Project Machine Shop · Aug 2024 – Present
Trained ME students on manual mill, lathe, and bandsaw; guided 400+ students per semester through laser cutting, welding, and machining.
Mentored design-for-manufacturing on robotic grippers, machinist clamps, and sheet-metal toolboxes using DFM, DFA, and GD&T; created a design-screening process to flag builds exceeding shop capability.
Caught and corrected 3–4 unsafe tool-mounting and tool-selection errors before operation across three semesters.
Data Analysis Team Lead — The Data Mine
Purdue × HUMN Capital · Aug 2024 – Dec 2024
Led a 5-person analytics team partnered with startup HUMN Capital; shipped a fundraising-ready MVP in one 16-week semester.
Architected a multi-agent AI pipeline over 7 hours of meeting data, automating a classification workflow; trained a 4-class NLP classifier to 80% accuracy.
Delivered an interactive Tableau dashboard surfacing 12+ metrics — “exceeds expectations” program evaluation.
Helped run a 100-student thermodynamics course: weekly grading with detailed feedback on common errors, plus weekly office hours.
Milestones — Introduction to Electronics
Purdue University · Mar 2024
Breadboarded a night-light prototype (LDRs, LEDs, capacitors); drew schematics and board layouts in EAGLE; soldered surface-mount and through-hole, troubleshooting faulty joints.
Student Consultant — Frank Lloyd Wright’s Samara House
Purdue Honors College · Aug 2024 – Dec 2024

Projects
Thermal Simulations — Microsystems Packaging
Purdue University · Jan 2025 – May 2026
FEA of a solder microbump under −55→125 °C cycling in ANSYS: 100 MPa peak von Mises, per-cycle plastic strain, and a 5→1 µm mesh study confirming the concentration was physical.
Physics-based review of InFO advanced packaging across 40+ papers, benchmarking θja and CTE-mismatch strain against flip-chip package-on-package.
Extracted interconnect R/L/C, simulated crosstalk and eye diagrams in ANSYS Electronics, and analyzed chip-level cooling from contact resistance to immersion boiling and heat pipes.
Simulation of Electrical Machines
KTH, Stockholm · Jan 2025 – June 2025
Reverse-engineered an IPMSM in FEMM — 500 automated magnetostatic solves per run via a MATLAB–Lua pipeline on a 10M+ element mesh.
Characterized it end-to-end: 2.36 Ω phase resistance, 289 V RMS BEMF at 2.83% THD, and a 1.62 saliency ratio; FEA torque agreed with the analytical dq model within 4.6% at MTPA.
Designed a polyphase induction motor from scratch — matched nominal torque to the design target (9.55 Nm, error below 0.005%) at the 85% efficiency target.
Inconel Jewelry, Designed for SLM — Additive Manufacturing
KTH, Stockholm · Jan 2025 – June 2025
